Unlock Her Potential

Research has shown that very few women of color get mentored. Just as bad, many don’t even think to seek mentors. It’s time to equip women of color to ascend to the c-suite, run the shows, direct the films, and take over.

Unlock Her Potential provides free mentorship for women of color and spreads the message that this is needed.

I, along with Founder Sophia Chang, worked closely to create a brand identity that really fit her vision for what Unlock Her Potential stands for.

Mentor Testimonials

,,

You gave far more than your time, you also gave me one of the greatest gifts a woman, a person of color, a first generation born, could ever receive, You made ma feel that I'm enough.

- Marisa M

I felt stuck and unsure about how to gain traction in my career, but that all changed when I met Michelle. She gave me the courage to take the risk and leave my full-time job. She then propelled my stalled career forward by advocating for me and even recommending me for my dream job,

- Eileen K,

It's quite a surreal that someone you admire as an artist not only sees your potential, but actively encourages you to be your best...it's not something I'm used to in this industry, or any industry for that matter. It's inspiring.

- Rudyra M.
